You asked for it so HERE IT IS!
When?
July 9th, 10th, 11th. Doors open at 9am Friday. Cleanup will be 5pm Sunday.
Where?
At the Erie County Fairgrounds in Hamburg, NY. Click here for directions. Once you get to the fairgrounds there will be signs telling you where to go. Be sure to come in from the South Park Avenue entrance.
Rules

No weapons (this includes things like air-soft guns or water guns... guns near electric will get you killed, if not from the current then from some guy beating you senseless because you ruined his rig!)

No speakers

No alcohol
What you NEED to bring:

Your computer (don't forget all the cables, mouse/keyboard, HEADPHONES!).

An ethernet cable (we have some they will be first come first serve)

A signed waiver form, all ages, (under 18 section inside this pdf please read carefully!)
What you SHOULD bring:

Bring a chair! you will be sitting for up to 3 days bring something comfortable.

Change of clothes! (there will be available shower stalls at the fairgrounds!)

Money for food, drink, etc... we will have someone on hand for a few meals over the weekend at reasonable prices... more on that later.

Something to sleep on... these are concrete slabs and not very forgiving. Wake up is 9am whether you like it or not.
